This according to a study of 1500 consumers in Boston. With fans on Facebook, 51% are more likely to buy, while that percentage jumps to 67% on Twitter. We caution our Social Media clients that these two web strategies are not a silver bullet, but they are worthwhile long-term in a total media plan, and very low cost by the way.
